How to order a Gift Token

There are three approaches to organising the Gift Token.

You may like to leave a deposit towards the eventual order or purchase.
Please indicate the initial amount and, if you wish, please
let us know the total amount you would like to spend.
You may prefer to pay the full amount intended as your
gift.
Finally you may feel you would like to leave the final
amount open, giving complete freedom of choice.
